Sorry Peekskill commuters, no new trains for us.

A good way to keep passengers alert and on their toes is by changing tracks of the train home every day.
Apparently the MTA permanently changed the train schedule over the weekend to accommodate more frequent train service and that simply confused those of us who will continue to take the same train at the same time, day in and day out.
Metro North announced major changes including “85 additional weekday and 22 additional weekend trains on the Hudson Line.” Alas, these changes do not benefit Peekskill commuters at all, because only the stations with the highest ridership are getting extra trains.
Thus, instead of the 5:34, we're catching the 5:32 and we've got to check the board each time to check what track they've put us on this time. It was so much easier when we all just met at the same time every day on track 34.
Such are the innocuous woes of the Peekskill commuter.
